Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from a US warehouse. They are processed in 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) and typically arrive 3-9 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, bad weather or carrier delays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for $4.95. Final shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Will my order arrive in one box?
Not always. Items in the same order, including the items in the Car Fur Kit, may arrive in separate packages on different days. You are not charged extra shipping for this.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first so we can send return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping is your responsibility and is not refunded. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Full details are in our refund policy.

What is in the Car Fur Kit?
The Car Fur Kit includes a Dog Back Seat Hammock Cover with a mesh view window, a Reusable Pet Hair Remover Pad and a Pet Hair Remover Mitt.
Is the pet hair remover pad sticky?
No. The Reusable Pet Hair Remover Pad is a scraper with a serrated edge. You drag it across fabric, carpet or a car floor mat in short strokes in one direction, and it rakes embedded hair into a pile that you can pick up or vacuum. There are no sheets or refills.
Can I use the mitt to brush my pet?
No. The Pet Hair Remover Mitt is a cleaning tool for surfaces, not a grooming glove. Wipe its fabric side over couches, rugs, pet beds, clothes or car seats in one direction, and loose hair gathers into a strip. If you want to brush your dog or cat, use a pet brush such as our Self-Cleaning Slicker Brush.
Do the pad and mitt work on leather seats?
They are designed for fabric and carpet. On leather, most loose hair wipes off with a damp microfiber cloth, and a seat cover helps keep it off in the first place.
Is the hammock cover a safety restraint?
No. The hammock cover protects your seat from fur and dirt. Use a dog car harness or crate for safety while driving.
Do the laundry hair catchers remove all pet hair?
No tool removes every hair. The floating laundry hair catchers help collect loose fur and lint in the washer so less of it ends up back on your laundry. For best results, shake or wipe loose fur off heavily covered items before washing and clean your washer's lint filter regularly. Rinse the catchers and reuse them.
How do I clean the reusable tools?
Pick the gathered hair off the pad or mitt and throw it away. Rinse the pad with water and let it air dry when needed. Test the pad and mitt on a hidden spot first on delicate or loose-weave fabrics.
